Last summer we were vacationing again in Hawaii and had climbed Diamond Head with our friends to show them the view. I once again was struck by the colors of the water: blue, Prussian blue, lavender, and purple. Capturing the colors on film has so far eluded me, but my eye remembered when looking at a photo of one of the Tahitian atolls with a beautiful lagoon. I've tried to capture it all: the water, the surf against the reef, and the sunlight on the water. |
